The main activity of our team is sale-trade of agricultural plots of land in south-east part of Bulgaria /Bourgas region/. We have old and newly repaired rural houses for those, who look for tranquility and picturesque nature no great way from the sea.
Most of the plots are facing main roads, and with various possibilities for using them /Petrol stations, motels, villa zone, wine-cellar, e.t.c./ The citys and villages around South Black Sea are our work area.

The town is located at a distance of 8 km from Bourgas Airport. Its transport system consists of one port, two bus stations and one freight railway station. The road transport network has a length of 150 km, of which 11% are first-class roads. The length of the water mains system is 151 km. The telecommunications network of the municipality consists of six digital telephone exchanges with 32% density of telephone lines.
Economy and business
State-owned, municipal and private companies of particular significance for the development of the municipality are: Festa Holding AD - the company that privatized Vinprom Pomorie; Chernomorski Solnitsi AD, as well as a number of trading, intermediary, consultant and production companies. The municipality owns 283,688,000 sq. m of land while the woodlands, mostly consisting of the fore-mountainous and mountainous part of Stara Planina, cover 100,974,000 sq. m.
Strategic projects and opportunities for foreign investments
The Everything about Salt Project in two stages - its first stage has been finalized with the opening of the Museum of Salt and its exposition. Construction works are now planned to build a road and to add a wall using the original design of the Pomorie salt pits; Development of Bulgarian Tourism; Beautiful Bulgaria Project - the project design is directly linked to improving the urban environment in the town of Pomorie - landscaping of the eastern coastal area, cleaning up and maintaining the area in front of the P. Yavorov monument in the Old Town and some infrastructure changes - improving the street lighting system and creating facilities that would improve the access for people with disabilities; The project for the reconstruction of the Home for elderly people in the village of Goritsa was completed; Projects implemented by business and non-governmental organizations with the support from Pomorie municipality aim to improve the school and cultural centre infrastructure - a Computer Training Project at the Hristo Botev school, an "education corner" on road safety. An Internet club at the Svetlina Community Center is now being set up. The Pomorie Municipality is currently working on a project for the construction of a micro-market in the town of Pomorie.
Natural sights and monuments of culture
Four localities have been declared natural sights. These are: the Pomoriysko Lake; Chairite, the natural habitat of the summer snowdrop (Leucojum aestivum), Koriata (The Coppice) near the village of Galabets with its well preserved venerable oak forest; The Dobrovanski Gabi locality of total area of 50,000 sq.m. One of the most popular cultural sites is the Antique beehive tomb declared as a monument of culture of national significance.
There is also the Ancient and Medieval city of Ulpia Anchialus (Paleocastro) is part of the present-day town of Pomorie. A number of settlement mounds and tombs have been found. These include the settlement mounds in the Pramatarya and Kuru Cheshma localities near the town of Kableshkovo, the Hadzhiyka locality near the village of Poroy, the Flat Mound near the village of Goritsa and the mounds near the village of Laka etc. The mound necropolis in the Bachvarka locality and on both sides of the Goritsa-Prosenik road was also declared a monument of national significance. The tomb complex consists of five or six tumuli with height reaching 2m. The remains of several Roman settlements were also found not far from the town of Kableshkovo, near the village of Bata, in the vicinity of the village of Galabets and near the Acheloy River and the village of Acheloy. Near the village of Bata there are also two old churches - in the Kaikdere and Beckryoy localities, while in the so called Panaya there is a fortified Medieval monastery. The remains of several ancient fortresses have also been unearthed. The Late-Antiquity fortress is located to the north of the village of Goritsa. Not far from the village of Kozitcheno is the fortress known as Bialoto Gradishte, while in Karabair near the village of Bata archaeologists found the Kaleto fortress. The Roman Way-Station Casalet in the village of Poroy along the valley of the Hadzhiyka River was also declared a monument of national significance. The Old Pomorie Houses reserve is located in the town, too. These are buildings featuring unique architectural traits constructed during the 19th and early 20th century. These include several houses in Simeon Street, Knyaz Boris I Street, Hristo Botev Street, Tsarkovna Street, Tsar Osvoboditel Street, etc. The town also boasts the church Rojdestvo na Presveta Bogoroditsa (Most Holy Virgin's Nativity) built by the famous Tryavna master Ousta Gencho Kanev in 1890. Also within the town boundaries is the Saint George Monastery, the only functioning male monastery in Southeastern Bulgaria. A large number of local churches have been declared monuments of national significance. These are the above-mentioned Rojdestvo na Sveta Bogoroditsa Church, the St. Archangel Michael Church in the village of Goritsa 1856, the St. Dimitar Church in the town of Kableshkovo, the St. Paraskeva Church in the village of Kamenar 19th century, the St. Paraskeva Church in the village of Kozichino 1848. The oldest among them is the church Our Lord's Transfiguration in Pomorie, which is also the oldest building in the town, constructed in 1763-1764 and finished and consecrated in 1765. A valuable Greek icon of Madonna with Infant Jesus is kept in the church. Each year Pomorie hosts some of the oldest Poetry Days ever to be held on the Black Sea coast now having a 45-year history; "Days of Wine" with wine-tasting of varieties from the Pomorie region; and also a "Sea Week" in the month of August. A newly started tradition is the International Annual Festival of Orthodox Music titled "It Is Truly Worthy" (Dostoino Est). It is organized by the Pomorie municipality, the Bishop of Sliven and the Slavyanska Besseda "chitalishte" (arts, culture and literature center) - Sofia. A Bulgarian-Greek Society, Thracian Society, the Odrin Epopee Society etc. are active in the municipality.
Environmental Protection and Tourism
An Environment Protection Program for the 2004-2008 period has been drafted. The goal of this program is to help create the optimal environmental setting in the region of Pomorie municipality while ensuring an integrated environmental protection. The territory of Pomorie municipality is divided into three sub-regions: Southern Black Sea coast, Tundzhanska undulating plain and Eastern Stara Planina.The climate of the town is characterized by mild winters, long autumns and moderately high summer temperatures.The hottest months are June and July. The average sea water temperature in the period May - September is about 21°С. The water is suitable for swimmers until the month of October, which gives additional opportunities to make the active tourist season longer. Pomorie's beach strip is unique because of its fine black sand typical for this region only.
The seabed along the coastal strip is slanting and almost even. The town is famous for the Pomorie curative mud. The mud treatment facility is open four seasons. Favorable conditions for the development of tourism in the resort of Pomorie are the town's geographic location, its mild climate and the closeness to important transport and urban centers. Apart from preserving and maintaining attractive natural sites, the town of Pomorie is also actively developing construction and reconstruction work to improve the resort infrastructure. Luxury hotel buildings and modern catering and entertainment facilities are being constructed.
